di ba into real estate man ni siya?

If you examine closely, dali kaayo madato or maadunahan ang mga contractors dinhi sa atong nasud. 200 to 250pesos/day...unya they are working for projects worth millions if not multi-milliion peso projects....So, where's the bulk of the money? Tua gisuyop sa contractor....Again, there is uneven distribution of wealth. Ang nagpatulo ug daghan singot ug dugo maoy gihapon ang nag antos. hehehe

During his term as senator/congressman, nag pasar unta siya ug balaod nga mo set sa standard wage/benefits sa tanang labor intensive or skill intensive nga mga trabaho...like kanang mga kargador sa pier, mga panday, mason,etc...

This nation will change starting from ourselves, dili lang ta mag salig sa atong leaders dapat mu do lang sad ta sa atong part.

Manny Villar has a Winning Mindset..

to refresh our memory.. it was villar ang protector sa katong legacy scam.
and it was also villar's capital banks na gui divert ang money from his housing business, then the bank went bankrupt. I like villar as a business stategist "no doubt hands down" but I doubt him as a leader.

The people are poor because of our mindset...Master and slave mindset.

If ako ang master ang slave mo trabaho para nako at the lowest salary that I can give...if mahimo, Libre pa!

The master gets 99% while the slave gets 1% or nothing at all.

business is booming.. but its very sad to say that the poor and the middle class seldom know how to capitalize on this fact..

dapat mga tawo, empowered to do business..

    OT...

ayaw mo vote sa mga candidates na para sa mahirap... saon nalang ang dili mahirap like the middle class n the upper class if you stop being mahirap then youll not get the benifits, mao ni mga tao mopatay sa mga negosyo sa pinas.. dont forget that its the businessmen who provides jobs, not the government.. hehehehehe peace

As to my knowledge bro, Capitol Bank is not intended for money diversion.
RE and the banking industry are very closely dependent to each other.
The move in creating a bank is actually to strengthen his business.

Capitol Bank was actually affected by the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis, being an infant bank at that time.
It was not bankrupt. He need to focus one during that time when both RE & banks are affected.
The bank was handed to a more experienced bank, who has its forte on it - the RCBC.
Actually, he has a pie share of the RCBC as I believe.

I don't believe he has anything to do with the Legacy scam.
I don't even heard from anybody about it..

He does not talk much but does much.
That's how I see him when I worked in his company here in Cebu.

But lately, I have seen some bad moves from him.
He should have never take Loren in.
NP should have pushed for better change thru renewed leadership.
Get people known for integrity and not popularity.
Sayang, he has the best chance to recapture the people's hearts from Noynoy.

I myself is now doubtful of him.
He should have stayed on who he really is.
To keep calm. Not to talk against his opponents.
To just think & do... and not to open the mouth too much.
    That's who he is.

If he keeps on being on the offensive, it will show his weakness.
That he can be greatly influenced when threatened by competition.
