Federalism? i'm not against any form of government man bai... but to say that federalism will solve warlordism, dili ko maka connect. Example i-federal na... so in short kaning ga kupot sa maguindanao will be a federal state for example. Onsa na kaha hitsura aning lugara? Karon gani nga wala pa sila ingon ana nga gahom nabuhat ni nila ron? Onsa pa kaha kung mas daku nga gahom ang ihatag sa ilaha.

Just a quick note. I have lived in and around Mindanao from 1972-74, 1977-1982, and from 1988-2007. Some of you who make comments about events in Mindanao, and sound as if they know what's going on down there, or seem so confident that they know the solutions to the problems down there, are really making big fools of themselves.

asa man diay ni nga law nakabutang if dili sa constitution? maybe imo pasabot naay law pero dili warlordism as established or directly quoted as... so there it is as you said they are legal armies...

Nepotism exist because of Political Dynasticism ... dili na nimo malikayan .. sila ra mag buot2x. Lisod na pagkangon. Its like a Mafia ang mo palang patay.

Dili na nimo sila madakop ug wala kay Evidence and witnesses unya Naay Warrant of Arrest issued by the court.

Ang solution ra jud diha is to ammend the provision in the constitution regarding Political Dynasticism .. dili na kinahanglan ug Congress to make the law ... kay until now wala gihapon, kana sila diha sa congress puros political dynasties and warlords.
