i think we should make a sort of agreement between the seller and the buyer or trader. a document file ba para sa tanan... with rules and such....para wala na mailad..pa or mga lalis...apil na signatures....kung mahimo pa gani..picture on both person/s, address..etc.

yup, mark yap can give good diagnosis kung asa naka cause sa low signal as complained by hanhan. hope this issue will be settled soon
