kon ikaw business owner...you are the one responsible in setting the norms and standards by which ur organization operates, thus must be capable of rendering quick and sound decision at any given circumstances...employees simply obey orders from superiors......"who says going into business is bad?" well...well...well, this thread went this far on account of some instinctive questions and disagreements with assertions pa gyod on generally accepted biz principles. review ur posts!!!!
