sis, i would suggest pra mas mo competitive imo bro pa skwelaha sa short term course like 6 months barista course, housekeeping course or mga TESDA related na course dali rna kita work or establish his own shop.

sakto ang suggestion ni cool_guy, but you can start finding a job kana dili mo atubang ug tawo kay mostly gyud sa employer mo hesitate gyud basta naa physical irregularities, don't get me wrong ha...

mag train lang as baker, or cook, kana ba away from direct customer, if he knows how to drive and have a professional drivers license, he can apply as a driver...

kung maayo na siya mo ininglis bahala wala kahibalo ug computer, basta maayo lang mo ininglis, ako pana siya e refer diri sa among callcenter... 100% no discrimination lang, dawat gani mi ug 60 years old basta capable lang mo work, one of our colleagues here actually have the same issue with your brother...
