Default Unsa mn jd? ang PANA or ang INDIAN?

murag pirmi ra jd ko makabasa ani diri basta naay mangutana or mangayo advice kung unsa nindot na camera paliton..

which really matters most? ang camera or the photographer's eye/creativity? or commonly stated "wala na sa pana, naa na sa indian".

ang musulod sa ako huna2 pirmi ky, "what if ang imo kauban na indian nagdala og crossbow nya imo kay long bow..kinsa may mas lawn og samad mahimo sa ila duha na patay daun ang kontra, diba?"

IMHO, the camera really matters (pana), creativity can be learned and improved through time (indian), but the image quality of your camera won't improve (if you have 1000D against 5D, no match ang 1000D on IQ). Both will complement eachother mn sd, but I find the camera more important cause what if you do have the talent and creativity but then your images are crappy or in short bad IQ. And let's turn it around, you have a 5D but your composition is bad, it's not a problem sd kay you can always improve man.

kapoyan nmn sd gd ko mkabasa ko ana na linyaha na "wala na sa pana, naa na sa indian", i don't get the logic there or it doesn't answer what is being asked, so now let's put meaning to those words. WHICH REALLY MATTERS FOR YOU? and WHY nlng sd..hehe..

for me lang noh.. i think both compliment each other, youre right creativity can be learned, just like the indian learnt how to shoot as well, people with inate talent and creativity make great things out of simple things, but given the best technology that compliments talent then the outcome is just superb.. so for me its both.

sa ako lang pud ha... yup mas lawm ug samad mahimo ang better weapon but kung ang crappy weapon naka igo sa ulo nya ang better weapon sa tiyan ra. kinsay mas una makapatay? heheh brutal kaayo kog interpretation.

yup ma improve ang creativity pero sayang ang mga moments nga na miss nimo while you're creativity was not working for you. even nag improve imong creativity naa jud uban taw mo stand.out and mas pas-pas ug improvement and i'm pretty sure it isn't because of their gears but because of their talent. technology is just there to help and make some things easier.

in terms of IQ, this is just a matter of preferences... imagine katong time nga ang mga digital camera 2MP lang ang max resolution and wla pay noise reduction, proper metering etc... does that mean nga photos that time are not at par with the photos taken by our 10MP cameras today? Photo quality is different from image quality, most people don't look at how noisy the picture is; they look for what story the picture tells. when you show a picture to a non-photographer, do they ask you what camera you used to take the picture?

i'd still go with the 80% creativity and 20% gears (including software heheh). dapat mag kuyog japon ning duha pero mas bug.at japon nku ang creativity kay free man... wa man gud koy budget lol.

A quote from the movie Ninja Assassin:
"Fear not the weapon but the hand that wields it."

IMHO,granted that you have the talent and unfortunately a lesser good camera (1000d).... some of us don't have the luxury buying the best camera out there, i think that's where the PP comes into play, this will compensate the need to have a good image.

it's still more on the indian for making out the best use of what he got. what matters is the ouput.

to make things simplier to understand... mao ni akng scientific equation ana nga delima... hehehe....

    better camera
    = better output
    better photographer = better output
better camera + better photographer = better than better output

kuhai ug gamay or pun-an ug gamay ang mga given kay mo lahi ang output... kung kuhaan, mo lesser ang output.... kng pun-an ang given, mas musamot ug kanindot ang output... i conclude nga mag depende gyud na sa duha... hehehe.... mao sad ni sa ako ang opinion...

correctionalistness; i believe what you meant by kudak is a camera. kudak is a brand.

    and as for the topic.

the indian influence more than the pana. experts in photography know how to exceed the limitation of a low cost/model camera.
