Let's face the facts - Cebu is way behind when it comes to theme parks and amusement parks. With the ongoing problems like the weak power supply, lack of will to spend enough for world class rides, and others, the lack of a theme/amusement park will continue.

1. Why are Cebu's leaders not attracting theme park developers to invest here?
2. Why are many locals unwilling to pay the ride-all-you-can entry fees?
3. When will Cebu's power supply improve?

The more that locals are unwilling to pay for a ride-all-you-can entry fee for world class rides, then Cebu will never have one. Paying and pricing are just few of the problems.
