what i heard kani na company wala daw klaro pero naka work ako sis inlaw sauna sa ila chat support sweldo-an man sad... ang ako lang maingon ok raman ni sya na company ug kinahanglan nimo na money is pangdungag lang sa budget... pero kinahanglan gani ka dinagko-ay... aw, kana adto apply cvg, etel ug uban pa... right now ako asawa training man sa kudo...

Naka experience ko apply diri, pwerting hasula kay ilang receiving area kay alimoot kaayo. As in, ma-o siguro ilang sabot sa warm reception. Sunday pa jud to unya taas2x pa imong lakaw from gate 3 to there office. Dugay kaayo recruitment process, wla pa jud duol canteen. Pasmo lagi agi sa mga applicants. Dili palang layo dugay nako ni uli. Ako nalang gitiwas kay respeto nalang nila. While nag wait sa akong turn for exams and interview naka ingon jud ko nga bati jud ni nga company then pag final interview na nako wla nako tarunga ug tubag. Para dili nako makabalik. hehehe
whoa, grabe si Techwizard. sounds like he/she is an officer in LCS/Kudo Support.

if you want to defend your company, please defend it professionally. prove to us (and your potential applicants) that your company really is legit. no offense to you, but your language and behavior only indicates the kind of person you are.

my name is Ryan Tan Yu. i'm glad i worked with this company once in my life. i started my career here. this company improved my speaking skills and typing skills (now i'm popping 90wpm average).
unfortunately, this company has a bad reputation. it just changed its name to Kudo Support and who knows why? maybe because of the reputation.. we can't really tell.
during my time, there's been delays in releasing of pay for as much as 7 days.
i actually have a lot more to tell but i'm going to leave that off for now.
to those who had bad/good experiences with this company, let's discuss it fairly. you're always free to post.

haha.. NOPE. well for me, who experienced life in LCS. but you can try, though. maybe it's just a matter of getting used to ****. this still is a company.. it just has a bad reputation, you know.

As previously mentioned, if you get the chance to work in Kudo/LCS do so. But only if it is your first Job ever, otherwise don't bother.
I went from LCS to Lexmark. Basically from one of the worst companies in Cebu to one of the best companies in Cebu. Knowing how sucky LCS was, motivates me to be a better employee for my current Company, and I tell you, the Red team (LXK) deserves my unshakable Loyalty since I have LCS to contrast them against.
Once you leave LCS, it will always remind you where you don't want to end up in Life, thus motivating you to excel at any other company, since almost any other company you will work for afterwards will be better than LCS.
To all the current LCS/Kudos employees, the only advice I can give you is to hang in there. Apply regularly for other companies while still in LCS, and if one of them gives you a green light, leave. And before you leave tell the owner to screw himself and that you won't be his slave any longer.
These are my two cents about this company, take it or leave it. I worked in LCS for 5 days. On the sixth day I gave the HR slave of Mrs. Ray their ridiculous paper ID back, and left smiling.
I've read this thread by the way and I strongly assume that techwizard is either the owners wife or the HR assistant they have, but who knows, I could be wrong.

i heard that the guards there are now on wave 8 waaaaaaaaa LOL, mustly newbies pud they say. as well as agents handling old accounts?
i heard they dont require the typing speed, good thing they say they had their notes. they got their function keys working they just copy paste everything.
i heard these stories before and i applause techwizard for "his" maybe "her" martyr effect.
recently, i heard from agents there that they now have SSS contri when they access it online, PhilHealth contri. but they doubt if their taxes and HDMF get paid, they also doubt the name LCS as a registered company in SEC, i bettr check tis out.
i heard 99.5% working there doesn't have copy of their contracts, is this true?! OMG

they got morning shifts from 12mn to 5pm and night from 4pm to 11pm
most of them considered this company as a training ground for the dummies
down to earth agents but feets walking in the fires of hell they say
send them text or call them youll hear this "the agent cannot be rich"

i heard its maintained by a janitor and and helper but gets dirty everytime

i heard most from the agents there that lcs changed their name to kudo KAY BASA NA ILANG COMPANY NAME SA LABOR, protesta NAGPATUNGONG2x UG TAX EVADER P JUD.
coz of their dirty ugly deeds theyve shown to their agents they tasted their own poison.
i heard the owner made settlement to stop further damage.
