hello sykesers! weee i heard rumors na karon na daw 30th ang 13th month pay? ehehehe

i'm quite disappointed today..
1. this is my 5th call center. why? 'cuz i've been looking for a TSR job. what happened? na-CSR na pud ko (kami tanan).
2. we'll have 1 RD for at least 3 weeks during training due to unexpected changes.
3. there's a huge drop in.. NVM. i can deal with that. what mattered most was the TSR position.
4. wag na..

but i guess God has plans for me. i want to stop hopping and settle with Sykes.
i thank Sykes for hiring me, though. this may actually turn out to be the company who'd finally look deep through me and appreciate my efforts. let's see how my career grows here.
