    so 2265.86 x 1.75 = 3965.255 <-- mao ni ang total calories ako need in a day
    mine is
    BMR 65.5 + (9.6 x 47.7kilos) + (1.8 x 152.4) - (4.7 x 23)
    689.64 x 1.375 = 946 calories.

    am i right? mbuhi pa kaha ko ani? hehehe wla jd cya kaabot og 1000 calories man lng.

    yes(base sa calculation), pero at 47.7kg. (105lbs.) and your height... I don't think you need pa daot..

    yeah i do!!! my target is 100 lbs man. hihi for my height kay dba 95-100 ang ideal weight? from 122 down to 105. 5 more pounds!
