Jeen, I remember Typhoon Ruping hitting Cebu City and Cebu Province in the early morning of Novermber 13, 1990. It was between 4 to 5 a.m. in the morning where the eye of the typhoon passed Cebu City with maximum winds at around 275 to 280 kph.

I really won't forget that typhoon.

i cant forget that typhoon because my cousin dead because of that typhoon it makes a flood in our place in cebu
