that is why we are encouraging each and every individual to venture into business....because guys...listen, there's more we can do if we have businesses, not only for ourselves but for others as well, think about it....if you have a business that employs 10 workers, you are not only helping 10 people but ten plus their families. i used to be a corporate employee for eight long years, yes 8 long yers of serving one person...my BOSS. Of course im hapi with my job, but i wud be happier if i cud be like him knowing how he had helped close to 50 employees in the company

I think the reason why this thread got this long is because from the start instead of encouraging employees to venture into business, people got insulted instead.
It would have been better if it was posted in a positive manner, displaying the pros and cons.
