just like jason webb's case, the court does not admit plane tickets, dated pictures or even stamped passports as evidence. for reasons, i don't know. if i am not mistaken, the webb's even had the FBI certify that Jason Webb was in the U.S. at the time of the crime but it was not accepted either. i don't know the legalities to this.

YOU TELL ME... I have the very same big question in mind.

The big question is, NGANO KAHA? ug nganong dili man cooperative si thelma chiong sa separate investigation?

My haunch is Chiong and Ocampo really knows the reasons.

the real orchestrators of this crime/frame up also have very strong connections in media.
if he was indeed in manila, i don't think there was enough concrete evidence that proved of his whereabouts . if i remember it right, the photographic evidence presented in court was deemed edited.

yup, but it was not. let's remember that in our country, only a judge decides on a case not a jury. that makes a lot of difference gyud.

if they were tried in a jury system, they could have been acquitted.

Does anyone of you here know why Judge Ocampo never rendered death sentence on the Chiong 7?
