not only a karma but a payback. let us not also forget that when the crime happened it was rich & influential chinese businessmen/syndicates who financed the police from their allowance to their gasoline. and this was even questioned by the ombudsman when Erap was no longer President. This very same businessmen are the hosts of Erap & Lacson here in Cebu.

the funny thing pa gyud is that a few days after the crime happened "a police superintendent" said that this crime could have not been done by addicts because it was "too clean" then when Paco and company was presented as suspects, he instantly said "consider this case solved!" Some police work!

i might not have followed the thread well and might have missed where I was looking at, but how do you establish Paco's presence in Manila? i'm just being curious...

the case, as presented by the media, the courts, and the incidents transpiring before and after the case have left the accused at a very disadvantaged angle, nonetheless painting the accused as the accused.

it might be the real score... or it might not be... we are here to discuss.

Because I came home to Cebu a day before the crime happened and he was still in Manila finishing up a week of exams and another friend came home to Cebu the day after & I even asked him why wala na lang sila nagdungan ni Paco and he said he had to finish one more exam. Everything was so casual. That's why we were ALL SHOCKED to learn that Paco was incriminated to the Chiong Rape.

but that doesn't cover the possibility of him being in cebu the day after you got home.

if my memory serves me right, Paco came home a day or 2 after the rape. moreover, i trust those people who witnessed for Paco. they were the rich, disciplined, educated, god-fearing type but the media portrayed all of the mas brats.

the real orchestrators of this crime/frame up also have very strong connections in media.

probably the accused will "work" on a parole before PGMA steps down and Thelma Chiong will go to the streets.

I cannot be admitted as witness because I was not with him that night. I came home a day earlier.
