that would be depending if its a huge or slight upgrade huge upgrade would be changing processor, motherboard, rams, GPU, LCD.
if slight lang kay ang rams then highest na processor na makaya if old imo pc pero not so old kay if old na kau na imo pc you should consider a new one.

Basically the processor, videocard and ram as well as hdd should need to be upgraded if you want a good system performance for 3d modelling for 3dstudiomax and other applications.
