What does this article really say? That most prosecutors are *****s and only became lawyers after being second or third takers sa bar exams?
There was even a prosecutor here diba, who said that the priest charged with child abuse should be exonerated because he is "personification of jesus" daw. What kind of ***** says that? A pinoy prosecutor apparently...
For example, Capitol to media people who are against them. Gwen supporters to forumers against capitol. etc. etc. etc.
Isn't it ironic that Gwen brought Leo to court but PJ never did with Tomas?
Dili ba na double standard? Mo gamit ra sila ug korte kung pabor nila.
Well what do you want anyone to do about it? It's a part of our pinoy culture to be so onion-skinned especially when we are in power. How can the courts honestly stop this without appearing hypocritical when the Supreme Court justices themselves are among the most onion-skinned "contempt of court" and libel-mongering freaks in our country today?
Its to be expected that someone like Gwen in her position would bully people with harassment suits. It is still the prosecutors fault ultimately because as the article says, they are responsible for determining probable cause. The problem with prosecutors here is that they rarely ever dismiss cases on an honest finding of lack of probable cause unless they are paid off. The saying they use is "when in doubt, file the case" which of course is stupid, but what the heck this is a pretty messed up country full of illogical fools =(
