    Default Fumiko no Kokuhaku

I just want to share this short and independently produced anime.
(nico lurkers might be aware of this already)

自主制作アニメ - フミコの告白 Independent production anime

    EPIC isn't it?

Considering that recent and current anime tends to stick to the "moeblob" genre, watching this short clip was really an exhilarating 2.5-minute experience for me. (although this has its own fan service shots)

I can't help but notice a slight similarity with FLCL, which was as wacky as this one. Another thing is that the music used in this clip, "Galloping Comedians", was also included in FLCL's OST.

Although it was short, it's been quite a while since I have seen an anime with superb quality. However, it came as no surprise for me that a quality anime was produced independently, since some anime producers are too busy pleasing its niche market.

The style does remind me of FLCL. xDD (the movements, the randomness, wackiness, expressions xD)

Haha.. moeblob genre. I kinda don't like that genre, actually. Although i love moe stuff (that do not push its moeness too much).

Anyway, that was interesting. For something independently created, that was great!! I didn't like the voice acting at first, but it started to grow on me nearing the mid of the vid.

Haha.. i like the pantyshots. It's kinda realistic, for a skirt that short (wait, any skirt at that moment would really flutter xD). And it doesn't have that fanservice-y feel. ^^b It's played for comedic purposes, imo. (i lol'd so much haha)

Pixar shorts, anyone? xD It kinda reminds me of that.

(dagnabbit, i've been slacking in my Nico lurking for a while now. Thanks for the heads up :3)

Actually, I like the "moeblob" genre as much as I like any other genre, since I know that the "moeblob" genre is just a trend and will eventually fade out. I just don't like how some anime producers are focusing on milking their respective franchises, instead of exploring on something new. (kind of understandable because anime is serious business)

I just find this anime refreshing. Exploring on a new, kind of western, art style... and it came out great!

True, some are milking their franchise too much. D:
(i'm looking at you, Haruhi xD)

Well, maybe it's just me.. I kinda don't like moeblob shows that much. xDDD Or maybe it's the fans. .__."

Nevertheless, this was a nice video. I checked the uploader's channel and he seems to have some other stuff. I'll be looking forward to his vids then. *subscribes
