.. lol. DTI shouldn't have given them a permit to operate in the first place. This kind of massage is expensive but they are not targeting the locals but the foreigners. This is actually good for Cebu tourism.

Lingam still does not count as prostitution since no *** is involved. As for calling it indecent, I guess people who label lingam with that word have their own degrees of defining indecent. As for doing business, there's nothing that outlaws lingam.

It will take a long time before people eventually realize what lingam is, and why it should not be linked with prostitution.
