    have bought sleepwell ganiha. will take it when im sure i have 8 hour undisturb rest. unsa kahay side effect ani,huh.

    tried sleepwell and so far no sideeffects. but needed jud you can allot an 8 hour undisturbed sleep.

    try melatonin 1mg. it's a naturally produced hormone in the body that helps you fall and stay asleep. available in GNC and healthy options. just get the one with 1mg dosage to be on the safe side. the max. dose is 3mg a day...
