maka work ang mga student visa holders diri sa UK for as much as 40 hours, kay normally, majustify man nila ang work as related sa school requirement....tinood na about ONP, nga possible ma convert ang imo student visa into working permit, ONLY and ONLY if naay mo sponsor nga employer nimo which is very rare nowadays . . . UK still provides work permit for Non EU citizens which we belong pero mostly ang ila gina require kay those Nurses with at least few years of experience and has worked in special areas like Theatres, Accident & Emergency, ITU, etc..... daghan mga nurses nga naa diri sa UK through a Student Visa scheme but to be honest, it's not worth it . . . kay dako kaayo ang gastos diha then pag abot diri, lisod kaayo....ok lang kung naay relatives nga mapuy an, kung wala, pait dyud.....my opinion only.

you know what guys. Ayaw nalang mo pailad ani nga scheme. I've emailed few of my friends in UK nga nurses didto. The only way we could able to work as a nurse in UK is first, pass the IELTS, then have at least one year experience, then finally, apply for NMC online(NMC ang regulatory board nila didto for nurses and midwife, more like PRC diri sa ato). Pag naa naka NMC letter, niya approve imo application, pwede naka muadto sa UK, not through a student visa, but through a free-route visa, a special visa for nurses given by the UK gov. to compensate for the healthcare workers shortage didto. Through this, you can now apply for ONP program nila, murag bridging course so that overseas nurses will be oriented on their healthcare system and protocol didto (UK health system is different from the US, US system man ato gamit diri Philippines). DUring the ONP program, you are allowed to work in UK na, pati sideline pwede, maski more than 40 hours a week as long as related sa course nimo imo job. Once finished na ka sa ONP (which last for 20 days to 9 months depende sa NMC), you are a certified UK nurse na and could able to apply for residency didto.

Wa nalang ko mupadayon sa agency for student visa uy kay as what my friends told me, kung mag Student visa daw didto, lisod kaayo. First, you are not working your profession didto, instead, murag caregiver ka inig abot didto, mao na ilang gitawag nga NVQ. Then the salary is very minimum, 6-8 pounds an hour unlike nurses nga 24-30 pounds per hour. Then ang trabaho nimo is dili maconsider as work experience. Kung gusto ka ma nurse jud didto, kinahanglan pa jud ka muole sa philippines ug mag experience niya apply napud ka for NMC which is langan langan ra sa entire procedure. AKo ninyo, take ielts nalang, have 1 year experience, then apply for NMC. Pag naa na ka NMC, tuloy tuloy na na.
