50-50 ko about this. I work in Jollibee b4 but it ways back 1997. Kitchen crew sad ko sa Jollibee Metro. Half of this is true Half of it is not true or shall i say exxagerated ra pagka sulti. Depende na sa PC or Product Controller. I know this coz i was assign as PC for almost 2 months.
No. 1 is true but exaggerated ra kaayo. One hour b4 mo close ang store (yes mag preclose na ang kitchen ana) maglimpyo na ang kitchen crew ana. Ang spag ana after 30mins b4 closing ilabay na jud ang sauce kung naa pa moorder gani ingnon jud na ang customer nga wla na pro kung mamugos jud ang customer og kulit kaayo that the time nga kuhaon ang gilabay na nga sauce og mao ang i-serve. Sa Chicken Joy, Burger and Fries very lapse na siya ky imagine 1hr b4 closing pa na giandam. Wla na siya lami inig kaon. Usually gud ang naa sa warner 1 hr to 45 mins pa na naluto gibutang ra na sa warmer pra dli mawala iya kacrispy. To avoid this kung dli jud ka ganahan is not to eat at any fast food even food court 1 hr b4 closing time. This may happen not only at Jollibee but also in other fast food chain. Mostly pre-heat naa ang mga sud-an ana.
No. 2 is not true. Garlic rice is really fresh and new. But sa gabii pa giluto ang rice ana pro wla pa saguli og garlic powder. Inig buntag lutuon balik or initon or sugkayon ang rice pra butangan na og garlic powder. Naa ba diay garlic rice or fried rice nga magluto pa ka og rice? (Take Note: 1 hr b4 mag open ang store naa na ang kitchen crew ana nag andam na sa kitchen og nagluto na).

Yes Grillman as wat they call to those assign sa patties dont wear glove in wrapping but only the outside portion of the wrapper was touch by the hands and not the burger itself. Mag Grill diay ka og burger with the heat of the pan with only your bare hands, of course not, u use thongs. If that the case hasta rice lilo lng sad mo ky bare hands sad ang pag wrap sa rice.
No. 4 is true. Customer has the right to demand for the exact size of the chicken. Alangan naman mosugod ra ka nga daot ang ihatag nga portion sa manok, of course not, mas nindot jud kung bus-ok ang manok. Daot gani or gamay ang gihatag sa imo nga chicken joy reject na siya. And sa pies, ganahan diay ka mokaon og pies nga dli na init, wlay lami ang pies kung dli init sama ra na sa ice craze ganahan diay ky og ice craze nga hilis ang ice or natunaw na ang ice.
No. 5 is definitely true. Kung pwede gani without ice. Bugnaw nana daan ang softdrink so no need pa sa ice. Kung gus2 jud ka with ice ingna lng less ice. Kung daghan gani ice ang softdrink by the time mahilis ang ice den daghan pa imo softdrink imo drinks mura na tubig ang lami ana dli na softdrink. And by the way, dba una man i serve ang drinks ana, tilawi sa ky naay uban softdrink lasaw ang lasa or ang uban murag tubig ang lami depende sa pagtimla sa oxide.
No. 6 Depende sa customer ni. Naa man gud uban customer bisag kita na sila nga naa ra sa atbang lamesa nila ang ketchup manugo pa jud bisag kita sila nga busy ang crews. Den naa sad uban customer bisag dli sila ang gi entertain mag papansin jud dayon ra ba pangasaba.
Maybe this happen in manila or some other branch of Jollibee but don't make it generalize. Dli tanan parehas og management ang uban ana ky franchise and some management are very strict the way they hadle the procedure of their products. If you think this is just happening on Jollibee only think again. This may also happen on other fast food chain and even on food court of some mall and even not just only in the phil but also to other country. Mas maayo pa sa balay nalang mo kaon or better yet pag baon nalang mo.![]()

I worked for 5 branches of Jollibee way back in 1999-2002. Also, I worked in other Fats Food chains like greenwhich, chowking and KFC while in college and what was posted was HALF true only.
Yes I agree that sometimes due to very demanding customers we do substandard processing of the foods but that does'nt mean that the food is THAT dirty. Exag ra kaayo bro...
Sa akong experience lang, it all depends sa nagdala nga manager or PC... Kung ang manager/PC kay way ayo and is not up to quality then ang substandard mahimong "pangsamantagalan"...
But kung basehan lang sa stores nako nga naworkan... naa pa gani uban magbutang ug camera sa kitchen just to be sure of the quality of the products...
And lastly, ang substandard sa Jollibee is standard na gani sa uban... What I mean about this is that grabe ang standard sa jollibee maong one of the top companies sila... So, before eating bisag asa pa nang suloka sa kalibutan ug unsa pa na nga kan-anan DO A VISUAL CHECK sa surrounding. Be observant.

i guess, the first thing you do when eating at a fast food chain is to check the kitchen.. :mrgreen:
1 or twice a month there's a sanitary personnel from the city government to watch, evaluate and check if the store still follow the rules and regulations set forth by the government in accordance to the cleanliness and safety of each fast food chain. Otherwise the store will be close or impose a penalty and will not be allow to operate anymore if found out that they are not following the rules and regulations.
