Go to command prompt, type in ipconfig/release , and then ipconfig/renew
Please do reply with the ip address and default gateway...

check ur dns... folow this go to start,run type cmd then ok, then ipconfig/all enter,,, check all if na a ang tanan.. sa device manager sad e chack... if have exclamatory point is present then.. u know whats the prob
