mas ok man cguro ang ict compare sa wipro.. mas dagko ila pay compare sa wipro. unya naa pa gyud ka chance ma promote bsan wala plka ma regular. ako frined wala pa cya na regular unya maau iya performance gi promote cla ug coach.. ana ka maau ang ICT

Its true,and it also depends on your attendance. If you don't have absencese, for sure you will get 9k-10k per fortnight and not lesser than that. And the good thing is, you can work overtime of course with pay.
