"....ang sweldo sa tga ict, e brag down??" - Nope definitely impossible because for those who are already on the floor because the existing agents already signed the contract and if ICT will cut down the salary it would be against the labor code, maybe the new hires ra siguro. But just a heads up, the salary and benefits in ICT are based on which account you are assigned. So sa akong opinion lang, basin everything including the salary will be as ease based on the account you are in. But who knows, there might be a big raise on the salary of Sykes employees.
