i guess the accurate answer should be: check it in the bios, if you can raise the multiplier, raise the cpu frequency, and over-volt it, then you can OC with itsome manuals doesn't even talk about OC'ing mostly to older boards.. or maybe he lose his manual already
..some boards can OC by only just allowing you to increase the FSB (frequency), or increasing multiplier. good OCing boards should have over-voltage control

@TS: You should also consider that there is risk in overclocking. So then you need an aftermarket CPU cooler to provide and ensure that overclocking is better safer than using stock HSF.
yep yugi is ryt..and u need good powerful PSU to cook something ^ ^
