tom make things happen. that's true. and cebu prospered and received accolades because of him. his temperament, strong personality & intellect had made him unpalatable to most of his rivals and some of his constituents but, hey, the guy could count his fingers well when he is sober. unfortunately, he has reached his maximum potential and his body have shown brittleness whereby he has to pass over the leadership baton of the city to someone worthy. it will be a big shoe to fill in and i just hope that there is someone out there who could fill that void. first in line is vice mayor mike rama. well, he has a streak of independence in him which is a trait of a pure cebuano, but, sadly mike doesn't have that spunk and fire that tom o has. councilor lavella is a good alternative. however the good lawyer is so predictable and so legalistic and tend to procrastinate.

uhmm its the thread starter post doesnt sound like pagsaway for me... i think tanang cebuanos are hoping na this election would turn out well... problema man pud gud kay walay mudagan... its the choices that we need.. if someone has a good faith to run for mayor nga makita bitaw nimo ang pag-asenso lang ang tumong.. for sure di jud xa i-fail sa mga sugbuanon nga butaran...
