    @sasuke: they will only give you 1 month para ma-process everything. like in my case, ndawat nako but was not able to make it sa job offer/contract signing. they called me up and they told me na they will only give me a month if d ghapon ko mtunga or mpass sa requirements, i can reapply daw but back to 0 ko.

    tier 2 is like the second level of support. i don't know in other accounts basta they say it's a higher level of support.. murag sa escalations mn siguro.. correct me if i'm wrong

    depends sa promotion..

    as i said wa ko kahibaw sa lain nga account
    ky sa account nako before sa previous call center, tier 2 kay kanang mga maghandle ug escalations. kanang mga lisod na jud nga issue nga d mahandle sa tier 1 agent.
