We are governed by laws right. CARP allows SDO Stock Distribution Option. Hacienda Luisita is not covered in a regular way by CARP but the innovative way. If someone is to blame, it is the Congressmen who drafted RA 6657. People are barking the wrong tree. If people dont like SDO then ask your congressmen to repeal the law instead of blaming the landowners.

And what is this obsession to divide big landholdings into smaller parcels. This will adversely affect productivity. It is not always feasible to divide the lots into smaller ones because most of the time farmers will not plant at the same time.

As to the feudalistic aspect, these rhetorics belong to the bygone era of Lenin, Stalin and Mao Tse Tong. This might be music to the ears but this is capitalized by the Communist for their own selfish and sinister agenda.
