@galadriel....basically mag array lang ko lain2 klase nga appetizers....mga sayon ra kaayo gud sis...ang uban i prepare nako daan....
sample of some tapas in my bar would be....stuffed mushrooms...small yakitori servings (gagmay ayo nga meat on skewers...bbq kon sa ato pa...pero miniatures) with satay sauce....shrimp scampi....mini pizzas...spring rolls...
another set can be....sweet potato stuffed with brocolli florets and feta cheese....sauteed spinach with sea urchin sauce...embutido slices....garbanzos with diced celery (olive oil and apple cider dressing) ....
usahay pod....dimsum....siomai....steamed chicken.....szechuan ribs....
depende lang...kon meat lovers...puede sad ubay-ubayon ang choices sa carne....
anyway...let me know which ones interest you....
OT: for those who do not know...TAPA basically means appetizers in Spanish...di parehas sa meaning sa tapa sa atong binisaya...so if they say tapa bar...it means a little of everything sa gi serve nga appetizers...
szechuan ribs sounds yummy. pls post recipe sa pkas thread..hehehe

@ GALADRIEL and GWYN ...
I personally would not have any substitue for it when called for a dry sherry . I frequent in this site for chefs but I am just a lurker . It may help and for other future references .

thanks springy
basing on what i've read from the link. mas maayo jud nga no subsitute for sherry.
unsa man nga sherry ang lami?
unsa na ang vermoth (sakto ba spelling?) ?
as what i have learned from other cooks, don't put liquor into your food nga kanang di ka ganahan. use the liquor that you prefer (according to taste).
