its not nga dili BUT if gusto ka mag-alaga get a permit from DENR the purpose of which is to ensure that you take care of the birds kay they will inspect from time to time..

it all depends on your passion, kung ganahan ka mobreed ug barato ug dali sakto si snake-eye try the zebra or society finches sayon ra pangitaon seeds and affordable, same with parakeets. Also the cockatiels are easy to breed basta true pair imo makuha, anha masukod ang imo passion to breed them, we also started with plenty of mistakes before we were able breeding............... still every now and then we face problems on breeding.
