ang disadvantage sa employado kay wala sila control sa ila tax...

basically imu paycheck, even before moabot sa imuha.. paksian nah.. and there is nothing you can do about it..

to somebody above.. mao bitaw padakan sa boss imu sweldo kay para ma accomodate ang tax ninu.. kay naghunahuna pud ng mga employers oi kung pila imu ma take home.. in concept, your tax is also your boss' expense..

Dako kaayo nag tabang sa ato economy kanang atong mga tax.

Yes, 10% ako W-TAX sa ako gross income. Sakit2x oi kay sa gross gud kuhaon, dili ang NET.
What if mag gross income kag 2M, 10% ana toa sa TAX, sakit oi. Hehehe! In percentage gud na pero cge na lang kay para ra sad na sa economy sa nasod.

Mas maka tax advantage ka sa business kay fix jud ng 10% na W-TAX bisan unsa na kadaka imung kita, same ra gihapon ang percentage. Kung employee ka tapos dako imung sahod, mudako sad ang tax. Hehehe! Mao na akong na compare.
