Help! I have Allergic Rhinitis..

First, I would advice na you must see an expert, at least magaydan ka ug unsa jud nha.
Kay depende man gud na sa stage, kay initially they will give us some nasal wash, then later spray nah.

Mine starts with a simple rhinitis then kay katol lage ang nose so ang tendency, cge pisliton, pugson ug sikmah, ang nahitabo naa nako hole sa ako left sinus based sa X-ray results , mao nhe rason why lisud ko ginhawa. I'm havin hard time to inhale oxygen kay molapos ra man ang hangin dili bha mahigop evrytime atakehon ko.

@miramax-hehehe nkapa.check up naman ko pero wlay epekto ang iyang g.hatag na medicine..kinsa imo doctor?

naa ko problema krn kay whenever na mag.clean ko sa ako nose naa sagol na gamay na dugo sa sip.on..nya mag.cge ug gilok..nya murag mao sad ang cause na mura ko ug lisod ug ginhawa..

anyone has experienced this? pls. share..

I would suggest you have your nose checked by an ENT specialist...you might have a nasal polyp, especially if this is happening frequently...

Allergic Rhinitis is fairly common guys the best way is to stay away from allergens...as someone here said get good hypoallergenic pillows..clean your rooms frequently, use masks whenever you are cleaning...if this doesnt help then you can turn to the anti-histamines and steroids but i suggest you seek consult from a physician as steroids especially the oral ones can easily destroy your adrenal glands if not tapered correctly...I have been suffering from this ailment for almost 15 years now, my mom has it and this is pretty genetic...

She tried all the medications, even went to China for traditional medicine treatments, yes she drank the dried lizard tea...just to cure this, but you know what it was when she went live outside the city that helped, and when she's here she just keeps away from dust, pollen and cold weather...by the way stress and lack of sleep also help trigger this, as it does mine, so taking vitamins and getting enough rest will help.

Im allergic to dust and almost everyday IF ma trigger cge ko sneeze.
Ako gitake kay ALLERIN coz antihistamine sha.. but im worried about its long term side effects.. mu take ko ani mga once-twice a week..

^ niadto nako ug ENT doc si Roman Cruz. He advised me to take ZYXAL for 2 weeks straight every night. Ni-ok baya na.. grabe ako sip-on ato that time mga 1 month na.. super sensitive nose jud!

@davybri-thank you for ur input bro..would really take ur advice, so far ok naman, pero naa ra jud ghapon usahay hehehe magpa.check ko lain na ENT...hehehe

your not alone sis, me too it was also my problem....ang akong remedy inum nlang kog tubig pirme og kung molakaw or mo commute ko, tabunan nlang naku ako ilong og hanky....hasol kaayo sya especially mo start nakag sneeze mosonod dayon ang ping-ot dayon katol ang ilong unya magluha ang mata..hayzzz

consult ug doctor TS.. basin pareha na nko 1 year ko nag suffer ana ug nka pait ang over dcoutner drugs kay makaduka na dili pa jud maka ayo.. may gani pag consult nko ug EENT na doctor gi issuehan ko ug prescribe medicine 1 wek ra and until karon wala na mibalik ako rhinitis..
