this is an extreme case of the common wart..and mao ra gyud na,low immune system ra gyud maka-cause ug outbreak ani..you might not even know you are carrying the HPV that causes warts pero wala lang mu-propagate coz strong ka ug immune system..
i had this a few weeks ago..i had a plantar wart that was the size of a 25 centavo coin..i used salycylic acid on it and gradually scraped off the burned skin and the deeper area looks very similar to his condition..murag mga roots sa tanom..i just continued my regimen of applying salycylic acid and then peeling off the burned skin and naayo na akong plantar wart..scar nalang nabilin..
by the way,this is the same thing as "Conggo"..

if you noticed that you have an abormal growth in your skin, (even a mole-sign of early skin cancer), better consult a dermatologist specializng in skin infection. Coz it might be to late for you if you will consider it a simple skin infection
