yeah i agree the respondents were not representative sa kinabag-an...pero i kinda agree to the results as well....i noticed daghan na kaayong di kamao mo spell...tungod sa text2....labi na mga batan-on nagtuo na jud sila nga ang sakto nga spelling sa words kana ila na encounter sa text....pasayloa lang ko pero mahasol kaayo ko magbasa ug pina text style nga posts...kay sayon ra man unta pag post ug insakto using PC...kasabot ko kon using phone ...pero na unsa ba...hasta mag email.....dats k..c u l8r na man....makalagot oi....

a 100 or a 1000 doesn't really matter. As long as they are representive of the population then the survey is valid. I understand the violent reaction from the posters here. But the truth is the general philippine population and yes that includes the aetas and badjao's---English Proficiency is deteriorating.

i say its not. lets give it another 6 mos. and the survey will be out there poucing on political issues. not our english proficiency.
