daghan man nag-pet frogs pero morag dili uso sa pilipinas..

We used to have tiny greenish frogs in our garden. They were less than an inch. They lived in the leaves of our camia (Hedychium coronarium syn Hedychium philippinense) plant. I haven't seen any of the frogs now after we removed the plants and cemented the area.

Around our area, you could also find dark colored frogs, 3 inches or more in length. I don't know, but most these of frogs look pregnant. Chickens peck them and they give out shrill sounds a cross between a mouse or a bird's cry. I've only observed these frogs during a rainy day. Any other day they are a no show.
