OT: sa tanang naay abnormalities sa menstruation and anything else...

naa gali ko kauban sa work...every menstruation grabi jd iyang dysmenorrhea...maminhod gud iyahang leg...

den one time..ni radiate man sa tiyan..so ngpacheck xa..ana ang doc...ipa ultrasound daw...actually ang ila duda kai gall stones...

pero pag ultra sound...nakita mn nga naa xa dako na cyst sa ovary...6cm jd...mao day to ang mag cause ug sakit..

mao to...ngpatambal xa....

after two months..karon lang.ng pa ultrasound xa balik...wala na ang cyst..perting pasalamt nya kai gkuyawan xa basin malignant...

mao let's not take things lightly....patan-aw jd daun ta...

especially katong mga sexually active or na sexually active at an early age...pa pap smear mo...when u can..and if during intercourse...maka bantay mo nga naa dugo...especially if makita sad nnyo ang blood...sa "u know" sa inyong partner after penetration...

ayaw mo ingon nga naa tearing or anything..kai pwede sad na xa nga nag cervical erosion, or naa some bacteria nga nag kutkut sa inyong cervical lining mao dali mudugo...bitaw...hehehe.

sa if mag cge ka delay inyo menstruation...or sobraan kadaghan and kadugay..patan-aw na... yaw mo kauwaw..it's natural....

u know wat i had somewhat a similar experience to yours kanang dugay akong menstruation ni last...mine was a bit different coz hinay2 raman to den kusog den hinay napod. in short wai klaro. that went for about 2 week or so...

i was so worried about it coz i normally have a regular menstrual period. but at the time i was extremely stressed out to the highest level. i barely slept coz of my insomia, tired ko alll the time. there were also moments that i was dizzy already.

so wala na jud nako gpa dugay pa coz nahadlok nako. so mao gi examine ko sa ob gyne. den it turned out that i had abnormal uterine bleeding (of some sort). mao to nga gi dugo ko permi coz of the stress.... i thought i was some kind of joke but really stress can really be harmful to the body basta ma sobrahan. the doc gave me a prescription then after 3 days nawala na akong dugo. this month normal na akong menstration. whew! that was a close call..hehehe

sis, i suggest go to the obgyne nlng. there are other possibilities for u mangud. but i think it would also be stress induced. mao na imong irregular period. pero naa pod factor imong hormonal imbalance of some sort. think positive nlng sis! u can do it!

hmmm....unsa kaha na sis noh? Sa ako.a nga part kai every 2 months rako dug.on ug karon naabot najud ug 3 months...hopefully hormonal imbalance lang ni not something worst like the c word...hehehe...

thanks to everyone who shared their similar experiences with their period.

i already had myself checked. dito na ko sa manila nakapagpa-checkup.

anyway, ilang months na din ako niregla nun and medium to heavy flow talaga sya. the doctor said i have PCOS. tapos i underwent a transvaginal ultrasound. they found a 2-cm myoma inside me. then i also had some blood tests but it only showed na di ako anemic kahit na ilang months din akong niregla.

when the doctor found my transv results, yun na. she concluded nga na PCOS ang reason why i'm experiencing heavy menstrual flows. imbalance ng hormones so she had me take progesterone pills for 10 days. 2 days after that, i got my period back but it was too freaking heavy. as in! my doctor actually told me to take brith control pills to try to regulate my period pero it didn't work.

when i consulted her, she said i need to have myself checked again. kaso i can't really go out kasi ang lakas talaga. so, she had me take mefenamic and hemostan 'til humina so i can visit her.

i haven't visited her yet but my nanay and her doctor friends told her na kelangan ko na talaga magparaspa para completely matigil na yung bleeding ko. grabeh, as in ang daming buo buong lumalabas sakin. pero nung uminom na ko ng mefenamic and hemostan, medyo humina na. so i might have my checkup with her this coming week.

about the myoma, di naman daw kelangang tanggalin since 2cm lang naman pero kelangang mamonitor so i have to have myself checked at least once a year para makita kung nag-grow ba or what.

fortunately, benign lang ang mga nakitang cysts sakin. so sana pag natapos na lahat 'to, clear ako talaga sa C word na yun.
