lol @ pitsay. by the way, i don't smoke anymore. mga weeks na gyud ko wa ka smoke. except atong ka usa kay gi sapooooot gyud ko. one more tip for people who want to quit smoking diay. don't feel bad kung naka smoke mo balik after u tried to quit. mao ra na. don't feel bad lang. just try to quit again. and do not deprive yourself of this. kay if u deprive yourself then obviously u'd feel deprived, and if u feel deprived u long for it, hangtud mangita na gyud mog paagi nga makuha ninyu. start to quit. pero kalma lang.
some people get coughs when they stop smoking. that's because it's the body's way of letting out the thingies nga ni build up sa inyung lungs. munang mo ubo mo kay iya nang i pa gawas. when u start to smoke again, miraculously nawagtang na sad ang ubo. pero this doesn't mean that u are healed. destructive na nuon ug samot kay imbis iya ipagawas dili na man sad mo gawas kay ni smoke na man sad ka balik.
3 ways to combat smoking... first, go cold turkey. stop smoking immediately like most of you posted. pero naa ni drawback because most of those that went this way experiences increase of anxiety, depression and general body weakness. the second one is the application of nicotine patch. less hassle, medyo taas ug efficiency... then you could always do the third way, not to stop smoking and hope you die young then you stop
