fellow istoryans, i had my C902 repaired through their service center at SM. it has been 2 months... going 3 next month. however, the representative informed that it may take a month or so for the part ordered to arrive. i am bit suspicious and worried about already since my phone's warranty is almost up. do any SE phone owners here tried having their phones repaired with any of the service centers here (sm and ayala)? please share your inputs...
by the way, the reason why i had it scheduled for repair is that the number 1 button is no longer working. and when the lady at the service center checked it... she said that there is a part that needs to be replaced.

kasagaran anang dili mufunction nga key kay buling ra jud na. limpyohan lang na dayon ok na na siya. tagsa ra jud ang ilisanan ug pisa. mostly kanang natagak ug nabasa ang unit mao na ilisan ang pisa.
@topic: wala pa ko katry ug parepair sa authorized service center sa SE. adto ra ko sa ako kauban sa una na tigrepair ug cp.

mao lgi akong n balak-an bro... i recalled nga ni sulti to ang lady in charge sa SM nga e try nlng daw sa ayala nga service center ky mas dali daw maabot ilang mga shipment sa pisa nga ila e order compared s SM. ingon mn gd to sila after gi diagnose ang phone nga naa kuno naputol something sa phone nga nka cause sa problema nga ang number 1 button dili n mo function. i dont know lng ani ako phone bro ky gi abli mani didto and mao lgi to ilang ingon naa daw naputol of which i forgot n kng unsa to nga pisa. ila p daw orderon which would take a month or 2 before maabot.. nokia phones r mn ko antigo mo abli gd. and sayangan sd ko mo unay ug kuri2x ani kay naa p mn warranty.. sayang jud bro. experience lang nako bro with customers namo sa una kay kasagaran jud basta authorized service center kay ingnon dayon orderon sa manila bisan gamay ra kaayo ang problem. pwede man gud sila mag mugna ug problema bisan dili jud mao. unya inig dala nila sa unit sa amoa kay amo ra maayo within the hour. sa experience lang nako sa una ha.

bitaw, pangit jd na ang SE sa SM, ako ra unta ipa au ang flex sa flip sa akong p990i kay mao rjd ang guba then gi ingnan ba naman ko nga d na madala and i need to buy a new flip which cost 3495php!! hala noh?!
ang pau sa akong flex kay 800php rjd tawn...pagka vageng naman lang jd!

had also bad experience in SE sm.. ive inquired kung pila ka days paayo nya ang guba sa ako fon kay di moactivate ang cam using its sliders ingon sila 2-weeks to a month daw.. wa lang ko modayon paayo kay ok raman ko way cam nya mangita sa kog backup fone before nako ipaayo.. nya following day naa koy gipalit sa ayala, i was trying my luck at SE repair center there.. ila gcheck for a few minutes nya niingon ang attendant nga ok ra ba nako makuha next day.. i was amazed.. next day?? so game! after next day ako gikuha and everything was restored... there something wrong with SM service center.. tsk tsk
