9-RAYED SUN ON THE PHILIPPINE FLAG
Senator Richard “Dick” Gordon revealed that a 9th ray will soon be included in the previous 8 rays of the Philippine Flag. Senator Dick said that the 9th ray will serve as a recognition for the bold deeds of our fellow Muslim brothers. Senate Bill (SB) 3307 together with House Bill 6424 will amend Republic Act No. 849 or “An Act Prescribing the Code of the National Flag, Anthem, Motto, Coat-of-Arms and Other Heraldic Items and Devices of the Philippines”.
THE UNIQUE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL FLAG
The flag is displayed with the blue field on top in times of peace, and with the red field on top in times of war.

Ayaw na lang na hilabti ang flag. Ok na ang 8 rays, historically and sayon ra sad i-drawing. Walay sense na ang additional ray. Unya naa na pud government units ron nga mogasto ug pila ka million para lang mopalit ug bag-ong flags... daghan na anomalies sa mga way hinungdan.

10-15-2009, 04:59 PM #8Oto oto man siguro tawag ani oi... Ganahan sila ug territory nga ilaha ra jud, unya imo silang gitigaan ug additional ray sa flag? Kung mao ra ni solution nga mahuman na jud ang gubat sa South, hala sige, pun-an pa nato... additional ray for each province and city in ARMM.
