everybody's right. never forget to take your vitamins. nya make sure nga you get enough sleep. ayaw na paglakwatsa after work. inig day off na lang. like me, i work two jobs. 12 hours/5 or days a week pero makaya ra kung magvitamins ug matug ug sayo. nya, i made sure nga kung day off, dili kaayo kapoy ang akong laag aron dili ko kapoyon inig duty. so far, kalooy sa Diyos, wa gyud ko masakit sa akong pamugas...
