    Greetings everyone!

    After the two successful BeerTalks held last December 2008 and April 2009, the local Information Security Group, PinoyGreyHat (formerly known as DEFCON Philippines), invites you to the First Real Hacker Convention in the Philippines this coming December 12, 2009 to be held in BayView Hotel, 1118 Roxas Blvd. corner U.N. Ave. Manila.

    The CON, dubbed as "GreyHat Gathering 2009:The Beginning", is a one-day event loaded up with various security talks with regards to the latest security threats along with the techniques to counter-attack them. There will be team games/contests for the attendees to participate as well as an after-event party.

    Expected attendees of the CON are security professionals, security enthusiasts, feds, IT administrators, programmers, and even students who are interested in the field of Information Security. The speakers of the CON are IT Security experts talking topics and research on their own level of expertise both technical and non-technical.
