mga istoryaniks unsaon pagbutang ug code kanang dili sya masagulan ug letters ang ID number ba.puro lang numbers.

den code sad para dili masagulang ug numbers ang, sample ang Name.puro lang letters den mo pop-up nga numbers cannot be inserted and vice versa!

i need ure knowledge!

Does vb has an event when a key is pressed, like other languages have?
If it has, then every control will have also an onkeypress (or something like that) event, in which you could filter the input.

dugay na ko la ka VB but sa ako na remember kay murag ani

if isnumeric(idNo) then

else
msgbox "error"
end if

i hope sakto...but mas nice lang jd ang regular expressions then ibutang nimo sa keypress na event sa textobx.
