i find the subject amusing because lingam massage "not bringing a good name to cebu"?

*it is not just in cebu, but in manila and other major cities as well
*what about prostitution including minors?
*what about the ktv and clubs that have extra service?
does it bring a good name to cebu?

why not focus on major issues like corruption? do you think it doesn't bring a bad name to cebu?
but in fairness to SWAC, it is only an outcry of their goal to promote wellness in cebu. it may affect their business, but reality bites. SWAC can air out all the issues since their concern affects their industry but cebuanos must not judge them totally that it brings a bad name to cebu.

start from corruption. even the lamposts, srp, balili land is far from over. these brings a bad name to cebu.

this lingam massage issue will just fade away.
