how to remove/erase text from a picture is there a way to put text and pictures in a different layer once its being compress to jpeg or bmp etc?and erase the text w/o touching the picture itself.wat software u recommend

As far as I know, no. There's no way. You'll just have to make use of a graphic program like Photoshop to remove and retouch images I guess. The stamp tool (S) is your friend.
