you cannot force your friend to leave her hubby... it has to be her decision. you PRAY hard for her to be enlightened. oh and if you are really boiling mad sa bana... i think a third party who is unrelated to the spouses can file a case of concubinage. kana klaro... kung ayaw nung wife... ikaw file. im not sure though... just ask a lawyer.

yes... its actually in the family code... a third party can file a case provided that the third party is related to the wife or the husband by first degree afinity or something like that. am not so sure unsa tawag. basta here's an example... the parents of either the wife or the husband can file the case. or the children of the couple could actually do that too. even the brothers or sisters of either the wife or the husband pud...

Sometimes man gud sakura... mas mag expect ta nga blood is thicker than water. Iya bana lalake nga matintal, wala ta kahibalo nga ang iya gyud sister ang nakagusto sa ya bana and did all she could to seduce him. Bisan nalang gihunahuna niya nga unsa nalang iyang igsuon. That's why I understand if nadawat niya iya bana kaysa sa iya igsuon. Gosh if I were her ang igsuon pud akong kalagutan kaayo then ang bana.

This story also reminds me of an article sa newspaper here that actually happened in real life to a filipino family. Nag divorce ang husband and wife. They have a 15 yr. old daughter. The daughter lived with the father nag apartment sila duha. And guess what happened later on, nabuntisan niya iyang anak. I think this is very, very sick too.
