Very true. 50k+/month in business is only a start profit.

mas saun mag trabaho.. its a lot easier to follow somebody than to lead.. thinking is hard.. so thats why you let somebody do the thinking for you...

businesses are reserved for those people with the creativity, tenacity, courage and patience. if you dont have the guts.. keep your jobs.. businesses arent for you..

as machiavelli said.. "Fortune is a woman, she favors the young and the bold"
    So here goes my challenge..
Shall we all just settle for less because we prefer the easier way?

Or let me put on the other side,
Shall we continue for this employment because we dont have the brains?
    Because we are too coward?

Im not forcing everybody. It's all your choice.
I just want to wake up some people because i believe many have potentials but they just continue to retreat from fears.

Keep your jobs. Business are for the very selected people who belong to the real WINNERS CIRCLE.

    tinood jud ni..
not to put down anybody, i also believe only a very few individual in this industry have good lifestyle --- money-wise & health-wise.

After employment years, what's next? wait for the time of autumn?
When we get old, of course we still want to do things
Moadto rajud ghapon ta sa negosyo.

OFWs working abroad. After things are ok, goes back to the country..
    And do the business.

Everybody falls back to where we all belong.
Trade/Commerce/Business is the 1st & oldest form of livelihood.

I'm not against BPO..especially IT jobs... proud mga pinoy with that field.. but kanang mga job.. nga kasab-an ka.. insultuhon.. magpakalouy ka for sales.. degrading sa pinoy.. unta IT jobs nlng naa sa IT park... kana man gyud bagay diha...software developers, web designs, technical support...except sales, travel ug credit cards..etc etc.. dapat IT related..
Its time for foreigners nga mag dependent nato..dili kay mura ta ug slaves nila..
Para.. if in demand ta...kita mag dictate ug mudako pa maayu salary sa pinoy..
This is one of the reasons why i single-out call center jobs on this thread.
Another is, i once worked in this type of garbage job that im talking.

    Im a nationalist...
    I am young...
I'll be an advocate to empower the young...

    Let's free ourselves

    i simply beg to disagree.
A business lives with, through & for another business.
    Businessmen are also consumers.
Nobody or not even the biggest corporation can produce all the goods or sevices in this world.
In effect, they join more aggressively in the buy & sell cycle.

The more businessmen the faster is the rate of commerce exchange.
In effect, the faster is the total economic growth.
In fact, the fastest rate of progress is when everybody are businessmen.
Can't you see Hongkong? Can't you see Singapore?
Small places but very powerful. Very progressive.

I would never be grateful to become a slave when i am empowered to rule.

Are these BPO companies here kay nalooy sila kay wala intawn tay trabaho?
Are these BPO companies here because bilib kaayo sila nato?

    My challenge to them,
    Ug bilib mo sa Pinoy.....
    Ug nalooy mo sa Pinoy...
Y wont you give them the salary as you paid ur agents in ur country?

They are here for business. They are not here to help.
They are here because of cheap labor, which would equate to cheap operating cost.

And sooner or later when another race, a more hungry race, would have the same "twang"
They would only say. "Bye..bye. Im done w/ u. I have found a new pet at less expense."
Kamo mokaon man mo ug lamaw. Kani jud kay hangin ra, mabuhi na.
(Pardon my words..but this is just an allegory.)

This nation can still become a first world nation if tanan tao kahibaw lang jud mu gamit sa resources (time,money,...etc). Reality guys ha, mura ra tag gihimu ug slave sa first world countries.

    Yes indeed.

We would like to empower a country spell-bounded by the Colonial Mentality
A country whose people prefers to become servants in a Master-Slave fairytale.

After series of mocking coming from different races..
Americans calling Filipinas synonymous to maids
A Korean commenting the victims of Ondoy as monkeys drowning
    Comes the newest...
An Italian community including its politicians (ie Prime Minister)...
Will put into its dictionary the word Filippina which means a house cleaner.
    Very heart-breaking!

    What's next?
Filipinos as shock-absorber? Someone to scold when your dumb not to understand instructions?
Someone to shout when you have nothing else to do?

Kanang sweldo na minimum karon kanang PHP 276 murag mao ng gi tawag na "modern slave", that's what I believe in.

Tell me if I'm wrong. Dako2x bitawg sweldo didto pero imu sad dignity as a person mawala.

Mao ni akong dream ai, one day tanan nakong mga "employees" mga foreigner ra who will work for me.
Hehehe! Murag impossible sa? Pero what if mahitabo diay basta trabahoon lang.

There is such a thing as service industry...

    kung tanang mag negosyo nalang........

    asa man ka ug customer(s)?
Customer nga naay income nga claro.

like it or hate it.... BPO has a salary base of 50 million/month(if you total all the workforce)..... in cebu alone...
They will spend most of that.... and save also....

So kung walay ga trabaho sa BPO... you are lossing a customer base that has SPENDING POWER of 50 million/month...
