why is the ISP indicated BayanTel and not Sky? i've seen some other speedtest results and they indicate Sky Broadband with a rating of 3.1

@c_cebrecus... Not sure bro but I called Sky support, they say that their infrastructure backbone here in cebu are using bayantel... need to confirm on the other sky broandband users if they have the same bayantel ISP ...

Expected man na ang 9-15KBps kay imagine nalang na 3 or 6 mb ila plan then tungaon nimo sa 40 ka pc unya naa nag youtube. Tag-iya man mi sa net cafe sa leyte nd kabalo ko na matunga gud na samot na if naa nag youtube or download.

By the way, dili na siya 9-15kbps, ang sakto ana kay 9-15kBps. Ang small b kay bits, ang capital B kay bytes.

Sa post ni grey, normal man ang ping sa LA na 219ms considering na 7250 miles ang distance. Bisag unsa na ISP karon naa ra na diha ang range (180-300). Ang pinaka nindut lang na maabot karon na latency kay 150-180 if mag subscribe sa Fiber to the Home sa Globe na 10mbps@3999 or 100mbps@14999

This is what I get with the same servers with my PLDT, for which I pay 42% of what SkyBroadband cost. And as you can see, my DSL is in all cases faster.

niadto ko sa skybroadband mandaue karon lng na day. using 2wire.com speed test around 600kbps ~ 700kbps+. while my smartbro using the same 2wire.com is 399 kbps. mura katunga lng ang bandwidth ghatag nila sa subscriber instead ug 1.5Mbps 700kbps nlng. nya nagpalit sila ug ISP sa Bayantel. nag distribute lng sila. karon nag duha2x ko balhin sa ila ky mura hinay gihapon. although using speetest.net moabot ra ug 1.02MBPs ang download speed.
