But here's the thing, Has anyone ever filed a graft and corruption case in the ombudsman against Gwen Garcia and Mikey Arroyo? Taking the first step, no one stood up, how could justice be served if a case has not been filed.

Regarding Erap, he had a case right? He lost, he went to prison for it.. but the current President, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo gave a presidential pardon, there for giving him all the right and freedom that is just to any common man including being able to run for office again.

Regarding Imelda, sure she is the wife of the former President Marcos, but here's the catch, she isnt the official you'd have to take that into consideration but her husband, President Marcos. How could you file a case against a dead man?

Get your facts straighten up first, and then will discuss.

Its not the justice that is unfair, its just we have corrupt people in power. justice itself is there for us, but the people around the and working for the justice of people is corrupt. that statement I could agree far more better.

People with money could get better lawyers, maybe even reach the point of paying the judge to let the decision be on their favor. But JUSTICE itself can't be paid off.
