it depends on the reason of the break up guro...but it would be much better na, friends mo in the end no matter how much pain or bitterness imo na feel during your break up..para peaceful ang current relation..it's better to forgive and forget but it takes a leap of faith and a lot of time to recover and reconcile....it's hard to do but we have to...hahayz. mae lang ko story ani but in reality wa pa naku na naaply sa ako self ako gepangstorya..hehe...
well yea i've been there. in fact the guy my ex cheated with came to be my friend but we were cool. it's a different story though if that's going to be a reason for break, to reconcile and be friends would be pretty difficult to some like on your case. as for me, i never had any difficulties dealing with it if my ex doesnt want to be friend with me regardless if it was my fault or not then i'll rest my case and forever shall my ex hold her piece. ^_^
ex-lovers can't be friends but can resume themselves to be lovers again....

Only if you and your ex-lover didn't end your relationship properly
..it's really hard to be friends with your ex if the break-up is not a mutual decision..
it's not all about sour graping... once the ex betrayed you even twice, it is rational that u can't stay friends with him after the break-up... but being civil is the right word for it...
