a few things about this technique:
1. this is risky as you are holding two lenses with one hand. try doing this with a 24-70 or the 70 - 200 L and say goodbye to your lenses.
2. this exposes your lens to dust.
3. in a quick-paced shoot, you run the risk of dropping your lens.

wow! this technique is very helpful and i'm so thankful for sharing us this excellent tips, but as what pnoize had mentioned there are several things to consider.
i carefully review the vid-clip and i noticed that the guy possessed a set of huge hands. he can even grab the whole cam in a single hand.
one more thing. i hear frictions of both lenses which i really don't wish to happen with my sets of pampered lenses.

hehehehe i've seen this technique b4... it needs practice jud and steady hands or better yet big hands... una nako practice nako ani kay sa bed... kay for sure naa jd ma tagak... hahahaha... kaya raman cya pero para ra sa mga gagmay na lens... mga kit lens... and the nifty fifty na lens... pero kung mga tag-as and bug-at na lens.. forget it... basin maghilak raka ig ka tagak...
better way is naa kay assitant... hahahaha good luck sa mu try ani... important sad diay ani ang positioning sa thumb...
